About the Role
Are you a versatile editor and animator with a passion for the full creative process and a love for sports? Do you want to work in a fast paced environment and deliver projects from start to finish? Then we at MatchWornShirt are looking for you!

As an editor / animator, you will play a crucial role within our creative team. You’ll be responsible for filming, editing and animating footage to bring the unique stories behind match-worn shirts to life. You can capture the essence of a story in less than a minute with your edits and animations. Whether it’s filming, editing or animating product videos or documentaries you’re up for the challenge.

What You’ll Do

Create a variety of outstanding content: Film, edit, animate, and color grade video content. Create (product) videos, social content, and documentaries that align with the brand’s vision. 

What You Bring
We are looking for a creative individual with a keen interest in video production and animation, and a genuine passion for sports, especially football.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A relevant MBO or HBO degree.

  • At least 5 years of experience, preferably in an agency or similar role.

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

  • Proven experience in editing and animation.

  • Skills as a camera operator.

  • The ability to work flexibly, both independently and within a team.

  • A broad interest in visual content and a strong affinity for the entire production process.

  • A passion for sports, especially football.

Our procedure consists of the following rounds:

  1. Introductory video call with our Talent Acquisition Manager (± 20 min)

  2. Assessment and personality questionnaire (± 120 min)

  3. In-office interview round 1 (± 45-60 min)

  4. In-office interview round 2 (± 45-60 min)

Before the in-office interviews we request every candidate to complete a personality questionnaire, which gives us insight as to how your personality could add value to the team.
