We work with the biggest football clubs and athletes globally to deliver unforgettable experiences through authentic match-worn shirts and collectibles. To support our growth and operational excellence, we are looking for a hands-on and motivated Shirt Specialist to join the team in our brand new Manchester-based office.

Your Role

As a Shirt & operations Specialist, you will be at the heart of our production and logistics operations. Your work ensures the quality, speed, and precision needed to deliver to fans and partners worldwide. You’ll play a vital role in turning match-worn shirts into treasured collectibles — with real impact every day.

What You'll Do

  • Process inbound shirt flow from clubs and partners

  • Conduct product photography 

  • Handle the authentication process 

  • Prepare and frame shirts to high quality standards

  • Ship outbound shirt and frame orders globally

  • Support internal logistics and warehouse operations

Job requirements

What you bring 

  • Experience in a production or logistics environment is a plus

  • You are a hands-on doer with a proactive and can-do mentality

  • Detail-oriented and precise in handling valuable items

  • A true team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Goal-oriented 

  • Strong motivation and willingness to learn are essential

Our procedure consists of the following rounds:

  1. Introductory video call with our Talent Acquisition Manager (± 20 min)

  2. Assessment round(± 120 min)

  3. Interview round 1 (± 45-60 min)

  4. Interview round 2 (± 45-60 min)
