Creative Photo & Videography Internship

At MatchWornShirt, we connect fans to football history through one-of-a-kind, match-worn shirts. As our Photography / Videography Intern, you’ll work closely with our in-house creative team to help produce beautiful product visuals and campaign content that celebrates the game in all its glory.

This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity to develop your creative skills in a fast-paced studio environment and to build a killer portfolio while you’re at it.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll join our visual team in our brand-new studio in Zaandam, supporting the creation of high-quality product photography and video content for our global audience of fans and collectors.

You will;

• Assist in photographing and filming match-worn shirts — bringing their story and significance to life visually.

• Help set up and maintain lighting, backgrounds, and gear to keep everything looking clean and consistent.

• Edit visuals for product listings, website, social media, and marketing campaigns.

• Contribute fresh creative ideas for campaigns and content, big or small.

• Learn the ins and outs of visual storytelling in a brand environment.

• Have a basic understanding of camera equipment and editing tools (and want to level up fast).

What you’ll bring

• Studying towards a degree in photography, videography, media production, or a related field. 

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite tools like Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro (or similar).

• A creative mindset, good attention to detail, and a willingness to learn quickly.

• A proactive attitude — you’re not afraid to try new things or speak up with ideas.

• A love for sports, football, or storytelling through visuals.

• Availability to work on-site in Zaandam for the duration of the internship.

• Available for a 6 month internship starting from September.

• An EU passport or enrolled at a school in the Netherlands for the duration of the internship.

Our procedure consists of the following rounds:

1. Introductory video call with our Talent Acquisition Manager (± 20 min)

2. Assessment round (± 120 min)

3. In-office interview round 1 (± 45-60 min)

4. In-office interview round 2 (± 45-60 min)
